Two to six people can play in our rooms at the same time. Should you want to play with 7 or more players, we recommend playing in two groups in separate games.

Reservations can be made at out booking page or per phone. Please choose the room and time you would like to play and soon you are ready to play a game at our location.

After choosing a game you will receive a confirmation via email with the reserved room and time. Your time-slot will then turn red in the calendar on our website. Please check your email address for possible typing errors before submitting/confirming your reservation.

Real playing time is exactly 60 minutes. Please arrive in time at our location, as you will receive a short instruction. If you can manage to arrive 10 minutes before your game is supposed to start it helps us to avoid delays for later games.

Since difficulty is subjective, we cannot definitively say which room is the easiest or the hardest. However, our *Prison Break* room is particularly well-suited for beginners due to its straightforward nature. For first-time visitors, we have compiled 10 tips for solving an escape room to help you successfully complete a challenge. For experienced and advanced players, we recommend our *Bunker* or *Zombie Lab* rooms.

We recommend a minimum age of 14 years. For our rooms Prison Break and Bunker we do have a kids adaption, were we adjust the difficulty. We recommend a minimum age of 13 years. If you want to book a kids game please contact us via email or telephone. There is no maximum age limit. For family groups, children of school age can already participate; it's essential, however, that at least one adult and someone almost of age 18 years also play along.

Our RoomEscape games are suited perfectly for teambuilding-activities. They develop communication and problem solving capabilities. More and more companies are taking advantage of this opportunity and after talking out some details you can even book these games for mornings.

Smart-Fox bookings are reservations made at least 24 hours before the game starts. Lazy-Fox bookings are very short-term reservations and are €5 more expensive than games booked in advance.

The voucher can be redeemed online on our website directly during the booking process. The specified number of participants applies to a Smart Fox booking made at least 24 hours before the game date. For very short-notice bookings, so-called Lazy Fox bookings, a small fee applies—see also our terms and conditions. If there are more participants, you may pay an extra fee, so that everyone can participate. Partial redemption or refunds for fewer participants are not possible. The voucher cannot be combined with other offers and is not valid for teambuilding special packages.

In the summer, we air-condition all our escape rooms so you can keep a cool head while solving the puzzles. In the winter, we naturally heat the rooms to ensure a comfortable experience.

We have a small parking lot at Keplerstraße 24 (small gateway next to Spar). Only park on parking spots marked with "Fox in a Box Graz". Because of the limited number of parking spots we can not garantuee parking for every customer. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The structure of the game usually remains the same. Teams that are not capable of solving a game at the first try can play it again.

Yes, the door is closed during the game. However, you always have the option to get out. Your host can always open the door from the outside and you are always able to stop the game entirely. There is also a panic-button. Once you solve all the riddles, the door opens as well.

Of course, physical force is not necessary in the curse of the games. All tasks are not exhausting, can be solved merely with brainpower.
