From a single escape room in Serbia to an international franchise across four continents \u2013 Fox in a Box has experienced impressive growth in just a few years. But how did it all begin? And how has our Graz location evolved over time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
They were instantly hooked. The combination of challenging puzzles, time pressure, and teamwork captivated them from the very start. This enthusiasm sparked an idea: why not create such experiences themselves? Shortly after, the first Fox in a Box location opened in Novi Sad, Serbia. The next followed in Vienna \u2013 laying the foundation for an international franchise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, Fox in a Box is present on four continents, inspiring people all over the world. Whether in Europe, North America, Asia, or Australia \u2013 players everywhere take on the same exciting challenges: solving puzzles, cracking codes, and racing against the clock together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Locations can be found in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Sweden, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hong Kong, and Australia, among others. In total, the franchise now has 24 locations worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since opening in February 2017, our location has grown steadily and has become an established part of the escape room scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It all started with two rooms: Prison Break<\/a> and Zombie Lab<\/a>. After countless prison escapes and zombie apocalypses, many more exciting adventures followed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n As early as 2018, players had to stop a looming nuclear missile in the Bunker<\/a>. In 2021, the infamous Zodiac Killer<\/a> delivered thrills as he abducted his victims. And since 2022, you can save Nikola Tesla\u2019s mysterious inventions from the FBI in our room Tesla\u2019s Mystery<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each room tells its own unique story \u2013 and challenges teamwork, creativity, and nerves of steel. Whether it\u2019s teambuilding<\/a>, a school trip<\/a>, a kids\u2019 birthday party<\/a>, a family outing, or a bachelor\/bachelorette party \u2013 our escape rooms have created plenty of memorable moments and strengthened team spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Beyond the classic escape rooms, there are now new adventures to experience as well:<\/p>\n\n\n\n In our mobile pop-up escape room \u201cFinal Exam<\/a>\u201d, you become special agents and must work together to defuse a TNT bomb. What makes it especially exciting: up to 10 players can compete at the same time in a direct head-to-head mode \u2013 team vs. team (5 vs. 5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you prefer being outdoors, you can explore Graz\u2019s city center while solving puzzles in the Fox Hunt \u201cOperation F.A.S.T.\u201d<\/a>. Here, the entire city becomes your playing field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition to the well-known classics, Fox in a Box offers many other exciting scenarios worldwide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Whether it\u2019s a dramatic prison escape in Life Sentence<\/a>, mysterious parallel worlds in The Other Side<\/a>, or a spectacular heist in Mastermind: A Heist Story<\/a> \u2013 there\u2019s something for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The variety extends to the themes as well: in the Golden Nugget Saloon<\/a>, you dive into the Wild West, while Pirate Cove<\/a> takes you on an adventure into the world of pirates. Other exciting stories such as Coming Home<\/a> and the Chamber of Lost Legends<\/a> are also waiting to be discovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fox in a Box is now much more than just an escape room provider.
