What is an escape room?
An escape room is an interactive team game in which participants find clues, solve puzzles, and complete a
mission within a set time. Teamwork, communication, and logical thinking are key. The game usually lasts around 60 minutes.
What is the difference between an escape room and a team building package?
A classic escape room is a game format. A team-building package is a guided overall experience with
additional structure, for example a warm-up challenge, introduction, moderated game phase,
and joint reflection. In the premium format, our game masters observe your team and then discuss key patterns in communication and collaboration.
Who are your team building offers suitable for?
Our team-building offers are suitable for mixed groups, regardless of industry or prior experience.
The important thing is that basic participation requirements for communication
and game interaction are met within the team. If you have specific requirements, we are happy to advise you in advance.
Which team building activities do you offer?
We offer indoor team-building with stationary and mobile escape room formats,
outdoor formats such as puzzle rallies, as well as customised special events. Content and difficulty
are adapted to your target group.
Which additional services do you offer?
We also offer short keynote sessions on communication and team dynamics, as well as optional catering
(for example finger food). If your team wants to work on a specific topic such as onboarding,
strategy, or problem solving, we can integrate that into the event design.
How do outdoor team building events work?
You define the location, objectives, and desired focus areas. Based on that, we design a suitable puzzle rally, optionally with additional active elements. Our format Operation Fast provides a good example of how such outdoor team-building events are structured.
What is a mobile escape room?
Our mobile escape room “Final Exam” can be set up at your preferred location, for example in a
seminar room or classroom. We have two sets and run the format on site with our game masters.
Around 10 people per hour can play in a direct team-vs-team setup.
Can more people participate actively at the same time?
Yes. If more people should be active in parallel, we combine the mobile escape room
with additional puzzle or team stations, for example an indoor rally. This creates a smooth flow
even for larger groups.
How many people can participate at most?
For escape room team-building events, up to 40 people can participate actively at the same time. For
outdoor events or customised indoor events, the maximum group size is up to 100 people.
For larger groups, we can create a tailored schedule with staggered slots or parallel stations.
How do we book a team building event?
Booking is handled through our customer service via request form or by phone at +43 650 88
61 183. After alignment, you will receive a suitable offer based on your team size and objectives.
How much lead time should we plan?
If capacity is available, short-notice bookings are possible. For reliable planning, we recommend sending
your request at least 4 weeks before the desired date. For custom outdoor events,
the earlier the better.
Which deadlines apply if we need to reschedule or cancel?
After offer confirmation, the cancellation and change conditions listed in the offer apply as an addition
to the terms and conditions (T&Cs). These terms are provided transparently before the final booking.
How much does a team building event cost?
Costs depend on team size, format, duration, and level of customization. Classic escape room tickets are cheaper than comprehensive team-building concepts with moderation and
analysis. We are happy to provide a suitable offer for your goals and budget.
Where do the team building events take place?
Classic escape room team-building events take place at Lendplatz 32 in Graz. Operation Fast takes place in
the Graz city centre. With our mobile escape room, we can come directly to your location on request.
Can you come directly to our company?
Yes. With our pop-up escape room “Final Exam”, we can run events directly at your company.
In addition, custom outdoor events with a digital scavenger hunt are generally possible
throughout Austria.
