5. CHILDREN’S DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

Protecting the privacy of children who visit our locations or use our online services is particularly important to us. Our online services may not be used by children under the age of 16.

Personal data of children under the age of 16 that may be collected includes, for example, email address, postal address, or phone number. This data may be collected as part of activities or competitions. In addition, we collect data related to children’s birthday parties, which may include name, age, and email address.

We collect personal data of children under the age of 16 only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Where such consent is required, we also collect the email address of the parent or legal guardian in order to provide information about the data processing and/or to obtain the necessary consent.

Data Sharing

We may share children’s personal data with service providers that support Fox in a Box in delivering its services. This includes, for example, hosting our websites, providing technical services, handling inquiries, or conducting competitions and prize draws.

These service providers are bound by confidentiality and may process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide their services to Fox in a Box. Beyond this, we only share data where it is required to fulfill a legal obligation.

Please note that we may still send you communications related to your orders, bookings, or competitions you have entered, even if you no longer wish to receive marketing communications.

Unsubscribing from one type of communication does not automatically mean you are unsubscribed from other types. For example, unsubscribing from email marketing does not automatically include SMS marketing, unless you have explicitly indicated this.

Please also note that you must unsubscribe separately from a specific Fox in a Box franchisee if you are communicating with them directly.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Right of Access to Processed Data

You have the right to request, free of charge, information about which personal data we process about you. In your request, you should specify as precisely as possible which information you wish to access.

The request must be submitted in writing to the contact details provided below. We will respond to your request without undue delay and no later than within one month.

Right to Rectification, Restriction, or Erasure of Data

If you discover that we are processing incorrect personal data about you, you have the right to request its correction. You also have the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning you.

Fox in a Box uses statistical data in aggregated form regarding users, traffic, and traffic sources. These statistics do not contain any personal data and are completely anonymous. IP addresses are not stored in the Fox in a Box database where website behavior is recorded. Therefore, the information cannot be linked to your identity. Your IP address is stored solely for security purposes, and only in cases where you actively register on the website or use one of our online games.
