Smart-Fox bookings are reservations made at least 24 hours before the game starts. Lazy-Fox bookings are very short-term reservations and are €5 more expensive than games booked in advance.

Basic English skills are required for every game.

After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email showing the room and time you reserved. In the reservation table on our website, your time slot will then appear in red. Please make sure to double-check your email address for any typos before submitting/confirming your reservation.

The easiest way to make a booking is through our website HERE or by phone. There you can select the room and time, and soon you’ll be able to enjoy an exciting and entertaining hour.

Yes, the door is really closed during the game. However, you can leave at any time. The game master can let you out whenever needed, and you can also stop the game yourself at any time by pressing the panic button. Of course, once you solve all the challenges, the door will open as well.

The actual game time is one hour. Please arrive on time (about 10 minutes before your scheduled game) as you will receive a short introduction before the game begins. Arriving on time helps us avoid delays for the following bookings.

Our Room Escape games are perfect for team-building activities, as they help improve communication and collaborative problem-solving. You can read more about it here: Room Escape – the ideal team-building activity. Up to 30 people can play at the same time in our rooms.

Of course, that’s possible! Simply create a voucher under Gift Cards or send an email to info@foxinaboxgraz.at We will create an elegant voucher that the recipient can use to book a time slot. You can pick up the voucher in person at Lendplatz 33, 8020 Graz and pay in cash, or pay online and print it at home. If you have any questions, please contact us by email.

Of course! Solving the challenges requires thinking and problem-solving, not physical strength.

The game sequence for a specific room always remains the same. Therefore, if a team doesn’t manage to complete a room on their first attempt, they can try again.

We recommend a minimum age of 14 to participate in our games. For children aged 12 and above, it is possible to adapt the games accordingly. More information can be found HEREIf you would like such an adaptation, please let us know by email or phone. There is no upper age limit. Participants under 16 can only take part in a game accompanied by an adult and with the consent of an adult on site.

Since difficulty is subjective, we cannot clearly say which room is the easiest or the hardest. However, our room Prison Break is particularly well suited for beginners due to its straightforward structure. For first-time visitors, we have prepared a few tips HERE on how to master the room successfully. For experienced and advanced players, we recommend our rooms Bunker and Tesla’s Mystery.

There are two customer parking spaces available at Keplerstraße 24 (small entrance next to Spar). Please park only in the designated Fox in a Box Graz parking spaces. Due to the limited number of parking spots, we unfortunately cannot guarantee parking for all customers. Thank you for your understanding.

In the summer, we air-condition all our escape rooms so you can keep a cool head while solving the puzzles. In the winter, we naturally heat the rooms to ensure a comfortable experience.
