From the very first contact, important details are defined, such as the number of participants, the event date, the duration of the event, and whether the company would like to receive the offered game analysis (team-building package).
But what exactly does a team-building package include?
Since the focus in companies is on how employees interact as a team, we offer exclusive services that we are happy to provide to each group upon request. Our team-building package includes a detailed introduction to the game, a one-hour game session, and a feedback round in which the experience is discussed in detail.
Our teambuilding events differ from the “regular” games because our trained Game Masters analyze the gameplay using a questionnaire. They take notes on communication, group dynamics, how the team handles success and failure, and similar aspects, and discuss these observations with the group after the game.
Process, duration, and notes:
Our team-building events last 1.5 hours. After the group arrives, billing is handled and customer details are recorded. Jackets and bags can be stored in the cloakroom, after which our game masters begin with the introduction.
After the introduction is completed, the team is guided into the room and the game begins. The group now has exactly 60 minutes to complete their mission. The remaining time is displayed to the players on a monitor.
Each group has the right to receive hints, and during the introduction it is explained how this works.
After the game, the game master picks up the team and reviews the experience with the group. Group photos are taken, and afterward the team can enjoy a drink and relax in our large, cozy customer area. Some companies even bring sparkling wine to celebrate after the game.
